The church is governed by a vicar, and three co-priests, two-trustees, one secretary and 22 committee members. It comes under Kottayam diocese headed by H.G. Dr. Yuhanon Mar Diascoros Metropolitan, Diocesan Metropolitan. The Supreme Head of the church is H.H. Baselios Marthoma Mathews III, the Catholicos of the East and Malankara Metropolitan.
